Prince Kenhide Adele is the CEO of Adele Travels and Tours located at Isolo, Lagos State. Ralph Akindele, the special project coordinator of Noble International Magazine had a conversation with him in his luxury office where he was presented a role model award .

My name is prince Kehinde Adele from a royal family in Isolo Kingdom,Lagos State. I am happily married with two lovely children .
Let have insight about your educational background.
I attended Estate Primary School ,Isolo .I also proceeded to Isolo Comprehensive College . Because of the early death of my parents at my tender age , I couldn’t attend university but I sponsored myself to have professional diploma at IATA in Aviation.
As a man of honour and dignity ,what is your philosophy of life ?
Be kind to people and also make positive impact in people’s life because I so much believe in giving no matter how small it is. I also believe in honesty as the best policy.
As a leader , please kindly describe your leadership attitude.
As a leader , I leads by example . I tolerates a lot because being a leader, you are not different from a garbage.We must not forget that human being are the most difficult creature to lead.As a leader, that people are looking up to, I must not let them down.
Sir, how did you come into aviation sector?
Since when I was about 15 years old. One of my uncles took me to Muritala Mohamed International Airport at Ikeja,and what I saw highly impressed me to the extend that I told my uncle that I would like to work in airport.I couldn’t further my education due to the early demise of my both parents at tender age .But because of my interest in working at airport, I took a course IATA diploma and specialize in Ticketing .Since then, I have never look back but forging ahead .
How do you think the government can come to assist in aviation sector in Nigeria?
Both the administration of ex -president Goodluck Ebele Jonathan and Muhammad Buhari tried their best but we are hoping that the President Bola Ahmed Tinubu Government will do better.
Kindly compare your youthful days to this generation.
My own generation is far better than this generation . In our days , we fear and respect our elders not only our parents. Those days , four eyes gave birth to child/children but numerous eyes took care of it. I will still say it, in our days we had moral and value which has lost in this generation now. The reverse is the case now. In this generation, the parents fear their children because these youths are not afraid or scared to use their parents for money ritual.
How do you unwind due to your tight schedule?
My relaxation is only on Sunday. I devotes it for my family. I have the time to have extremely fun with them. Infact, I do switch off my cell phones so as to concentrate on my family.
What are the challenges you have ever faced in life ?
Hmm! I faced a lot of challenges but I thank God for where I am now. Am not a quitter but a fighter for success. I am a devoted Muslim and a man of prayer . I don’t decide on my own but always take everything to Allah .
How have you been able to give back to the society?
I appreciate Allah for that . I gives a lot because I dislike poverty. I am not always happy when I see someone in need and people that are suppose to help are not helping. It really pissed me off. That, I can’t say how many people God has used and still using me to change their story for good. Its good to help because you don’t know tomorrow. According to Quran, it’s good to help the less privileges.
Sir, if possible you are the president of Nigeria for one day, what would you do to write your name with gold ?
To be sincere, our standard of education has fallen .It has decelerated .I will focus more on education because we can see that our youths has lost hope in education and they always say within themselves that school is a scam.
What does education means to you?
With education, you can achieve a lot in life . Education is light but we failed to differentiate between education and certificate. Education is the act or process of imparting or acquiring particular knowledge or skills as for a profession while certificate is an official classification awarded as an evidence that someone received when completed a course or training.
Sir, as a man that is from a royal family in Isolo Kingdom,what can you say about Oba Kabiru Kolawole Ilufemiloye Adelaja Agbabiaka ,Osolo of Isolo Kingdom?
Apart from being my uncle , He is a man that doesn’t eat his words .His words are his bond. He is a man of principles and integrity. To crown it all, he is not a tribalistic monarch . He respects and treats everyone equally.
What is your advice for youths looking up to a role model like you?
They should be focus and prayerful always .They should also know that nothing comes easily in life . For someone to reach Hallmark, that person must face a lot of challenges and hurdles. But with prayers , hard working and determination, Success is sure .
