Sincerely, I didn’t know the profession I would fit in most then , even during my master degree program but I just knew I would be a successful personality until I found myself in the hospitality sector. Wow! Hospitality is fun and professional because we adds positive values to the country’s economy. I remember vividly when I joined W Hospitality Group in 2014, I was given 6months probation to prove myself despite of having zero experience in hospitality management but to the glory of God ,I was able to perform super fantastically well within 6months of my probation. My intention was not to end up in hospitality industry but I will say it’s a divine plan by God.
What has life taught you?

What has ever been your achievements till date ?
I consider my greatest achievement to be when I was in W Hospitality Group. I was able to perform excellently well within 6months of my probation despite having zero experience in hospitality management. To me , it is an achievement as the job function as Business Welfare Manager, Africa.
What do you believe has been a major factor in you achieving success?
Establishing Focus Hospitality Ltd is a big deal for me.Being the first time I was having my own brand (FOCUS HOSPITALITY LTD) and I applied all what I have learnt within 6years in my previous worked places. I started where there were lots of competitors. I will say hard work and persistence with God’s help make me to be where I am today. Human relationship is also another thing that I will also consider the tool to Hallmark. Today, Focus Hospitality Ltd has worked on a project worth $100m and this is something I am very proud of .I mean the value of the client’s and investment. I am not only in hospitality sector but have also venture into mining , power and energy sector. These are the sectors I knew nothing about but due to my strategies and ability to give all what it takes to achieve greatness in a legitimate way also make me to penetrate into mining and power/energy sector .There is something am really proud of as well, which is the ability to think outside the box because I don’t limit myself .I believes that if Mrs. ‘A’ can do it ,I can do it better because am not afraid of taking risk.
What does Focus Hospitality Ltd stands for?
As the name inclines , it is absolutely “Focus”. We focus on our clients projects to be successful and make sure the clients are satisfy with the job . Treating our clients equally irrespective of the value and worth of their projects is also our priority.

What is your next challenge and how are you hoping to achieve it?

To break in and be the number one in both sectors is my greatest challenge now .Am already making impact in what am doing .My vast experience in project management, consulting experience, market research with my confidence and leadership skills will make me to achieve my aims and objectives . The sky will be my stepping stone .I will surely achieve more than what I planned for by God’s grace (Amen).
Which female personality has ever inspired you most and why?
Wow! They are numerous but I will mention few. Inspirational female leaders like Mrs. Foluke Felix- Adejumo , Mrs. Chiamanda Ngozi Adichie and Dr. Ngozi Okonjo Iweala. To be sincere, Dr. Ngozi Okonjo Iweala is my inspiration. I values her personality so much. I do believe that if she can achieve it, I can achieve more than her .That is the spirit and mind of a positive thinker.
If you are the first female president of Nigeria, what will you do to write your name with gold?
To be sincere, If possible I am the first female president of Nigeria, I will make sure it is been documented in the constitution that no single political appointee or public servant should go outside Nigeria for medical treatment. All the treatments must be done here in Nigeria expect a critical illness that can’t be taken care in Nigeria. Then, no political appointees and public servants should send his/her child or children abroad for education from primary school to higher institution expect for master degree or PhD programs. Their child or children must be attending public schools, be it primary , secondary and university. This will makes the educational system of Nigeria to be back on track again like in the 70’s ,80’s and 90’s .I will also make sure that the power sector in Nigeria is working perfectly. I mean, there will be at least 90% power supply throughout the country because lack of power supply is killing businesses in Nigeria especially the Small and Medium -Sized Enterprises (SMEs) .Lots of companies has left Nigeria to neighborhood nations where there is adequate power supply. If there is adequate power supply , there will be more job opportunities for people especially the youths and Nigeria economy will be robust again
What advice will you give to young ladies looking up to an inspirational leader like you?
For someone to be great in life , you must be focus and have a mentor you are looking up to .The young ladies must know that they are the builders of the nation. I mean mothers of tomorrow that will give birth to great personalities of different sectors. They must not be discourage because of the challenges confronting them. Challenges is part of life and the way they face it determine how far they go in life and trigger them to the top. They must work hard because hard work doesn’t kill but pays.
Thank you
